Refund policy

30-day returns. Free return shipping. $0 restocking fees.

You can return any wheel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is free: we send you a prepaid label. We never charge a restocking fee.

To qualify for a return, wheels must be:

  • Unmounted. Wheels that have had a tire mounted, have been installed on a vehicle or have been driven on can't be returned.
  • In new condition, with no scratches, scuffs or tool marks.
  • In the original packaging, with any parts that came in the box.

How to start a return: call (562) 340-6252 or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll email you return instructions and a free prepaid shipping label to print.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the wheels.

Damaged or wrong item: if your wheels arrive damaged, or you received the wrong part number, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and cover return shipping.

Fitment: every ARW wheel is matched to OE bolt pattern, hub bore and load rating. If a wheel you ordered using our Fitment Guide doesn't fit your vehicle, we'll take it back at no cost to you, even if the 30 days have passed, as long as it hasn't been mounted.
